Student/Youth Policy
Student/Youth Travelers are defined as any person ages 17 to 25 years of age, traveling without a legal parent/guardian, and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties during Spring Break season (February to April). Any guest meeting this definition is required to pay a $30.00 USD non-refundable student/youth insurance fee collected at time of check-in (cash only). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.
The legal hotel check-in age in Mexico is 18 years old. Each room must have at least one occupant aged 18 or older. Guests under 17 years old are not permitted to stay at any Oasis property without a legal parent or guardian present.
Travel Consent for 17-Year-Olds: All 17-year-old travelers without a parent or legal guardian must present written consent from their parent or guardian. This consent must authorize international travel and confirm that the parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for the traveler’s actions. For every nineteen travelers who are 17 years old, one adult chaperone (minimum age: 25 years old) must stay on the property for the entire visit.
Student/Youth groups are not accepted at this resort.
